About Ibrahim:
I am primarily interested in the intersection between computational theory and design. Something I find very interesting is quantum computing and the possible applications of a quantum computer. I'm also very interested in operating system design and artificial intelligence. Outside of school, I like to paint, read, go hiking, and see my friends. A fun fact about me is that I'm half Egyptian.
How Ibrahim achieved success this year:
This year, I had a lot of success working with my faculty sponsor, getting his help before creating each of the lectures and getting feedback after each lecture. I also found it extremely helpful to practice giving my lectures to my friends and family before class. The system I had in place was to create each lecture well in advance of teaching, and then go back and revise the weekend before class. This helped me both proof-read my thoughts and familiarize myself with the slide set before class.
